Finally, internet and high speed! I’ve been so deprived of internet access lately, then I think I’m gonna go mad soon! LOL… Now I can add one more essential item into my essential list in order for my life to function normally, without me going mad! The first one is a watch (a terrible lesson I learnt, which is another story altogether), and now is this internet! Of ‘cos I’m excluding the obvious e.g. food, water, air etc… that is too basic to even mention! LOL…
Anyway, Linus came over to our house yesterday night to see if he can get anything outta the modem. Well, for sure, our modem is pretty much dead. What is left to do now is just to dig a hole and bury it. And maybe say some eulogy too ya? LOL… Linus’s church friend has a modem that she is planning to sell off. So we’re going to the modem from her, for maybe AUD$50-60+? That boils down to about AUD$20 for each of us, which is great… AUD$20 for a modem – definitely worth it. But, we might only be able to get it on Sunday when Linus sees her in church. Then again, JM has just bought a car, so JM might just drive over to the city to get the modem from her! Lets hope that they can work something out, and get the modem soon!!!
Meanwhile, I have to do all the downloading of MobTV episodes, do my PPP opps, and write my blog, run my experiments during my lab hours!!
