I think I've found my signature dish... LOL... Like those chefs in restaurants etc, I have found out what I'm good at cooking. Then again, it's a simple dish so no big deal really! LOL... anyway, it's a dish that I like to eat simply 'cos it's too fragrant and delicious to resist! What is it? It's sorta braised chicken nibbles with mushrooms etc etc... I'm proud of myself!
Maybe I should go be a chef instead! LOL... Limin is going to order 'tingkat' from me when she comes over to Sydney.. LOL.. fancy a guy cooking for a gal - eh? I tot it's the other way round? =D
